Shankar Barua graduated with an Masters in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston University in Huntsville, TX, on May 16th. Shankar recently directed a feature length documentary called Center Mass that has been released on DVD by Sam Houston University. You can see a promo for the documentary at Youtube.com. Shankar has to his credit several films: Assistant Director, Hkhagoroloi Bohu Door (1994); Department Assistant, Kamasutra: A Tale of Love; Assistant Director, Kukhal: The Price of Freedom (1996); Property Master, Bombay Boys (1997); Production/Editing Assistant, Fishing: In the Sea of Greed (1998); Assistant Director, Bhopal Express (1999); Director, Angst at Large (2000); Director, If God Be with Us: The Naga Nation (2002); Director, Hepah: All Those Longings…(2004).
